Foundation crack repair
A foundation crack may let water through and can indicate movement that needs assessment. We select epoxy or polyurethane injection based on stability, moisture and access.
Epoxy injection (structural repair)
Epoxy forms a rigid material that may suit certain stable cracks in concrete. The crack's movement, moisture and structural significance must be assessed first.
Polyurethane injection (waterproofing)
Polyurethane reacts and expands to form a flexible seal. It may suit some damp cracks when the diagnosis and access support this method.
Repair from the inside
When the crack and access allow it, injection ports are installed before surface sealing and pressure injection. Duration depends on preparation and diagnosis.
Repair from the outside
When the cause is a failed drain or membrane, we excavate to treat the problem at its source: crack repair, new waterproofing membrane, and drain repair or replacement as needed.
