We only collect the information we need to prepare your quote and carry out the work: name, phone number, email address, civic address and a description of what you need.

Your information is used solely to contact you about your request, prepare a quote, schedule a visit or carry out the work. We do not sell your personal information. It may be shared with the technical providers we need to host the site and send our emails or text messages, and only so they can provide those services.

Cookies and analytics

We use a local identifier and our own in-house analytics (no Google Analytics) to understand how the site is used, measure form activity and improve the experience.

How long we keep your information

Your information is kept for as long as it is needed to handle your request, perform the contract, follow up on the warranty and meet our legal obligations. It is then deleted or anonymized once it is no longer required.
